All CITS systems include a bar code scanner for tracking and reordering of parts needed and used. The barcode labels & item pictures are located on the inside lids of each organizer and coincide with the parts located in the organizer compartments. After scanning is completed the user docks the scanner to a computer that has an internet connection. The scanned information, which is tracked by installer, project, date, and time as well as other report fields is then uploaded to the Custom Order Application (COA) that resides on the CIS website. At this point additional CIS parts can be added, removed, and easily managed prior to ordering by your purchasing person.

CREATE AN ORDER
The COA was designed with simplicity in mind. The COA uses the same shopping cart you use when placing a regular parts order online with Custom Install Supply - but provides you with the reports and items you need to better manage your ordering and installations.
Reordering what you need is only a few“clicks” away. Once you have uploaded your scanned items simply select the items you want to reorder & click “Add to Cart”. Easily modify your order, add/delete items from the from the CIS website - these additional items are added under a separate category.
All items are added to cart by installer. As part of our commitment to service, CIS will ship your order separated by installer within one overall box to save you tremendous amounts of time receiving your install parts.
